I think it would be of advantage to get rid of these prisoners out of the Colony. The provisions of Ordinance 4 of 1872 have however to be strictly complied with. Each party must voluntarily petition the Governor for release on their consenting to being marked. They departed in accordance with Ordinance 4 of 1872.
